Love of Yoga

My love of yoga began many years ago when I took my first Hatha yoga class. I instantly loved the connection of mind, body and breath.  I enjoyed the challenge of learning new poses and how to find balance. As I continued to practice yoga I could feel my strength and stability improve but the thing I noticed most was how my mood had changed for the better.  I felt calmer, happier and I was sleeping better.  The positive benefits that I had experienced with yoga inspired me to become a yoga teacher.  My goal is to empower others to learn and experience both the physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga. My Half & Half class is a 60 minute class that has a mix of both Hatha and Restorative yoga. We start with a nice flow of Hatha poses and we end with relaxing restorative poses. This is a nice evening class to wind down your day.  I am very honoured to be a part of Rasayana and encourage you to come try  Half & Half with me. I look forward to meeting you.
