In this class you will explore the mother language of your body, which is rhythm. The dance gives you an opportunity to dive deeply into your embodied self, connecting you to your essence and the magic of the present moment. The 5Rhythms® movement practice offers us maps to explore our embodied Self. We learn to cultivate inner body awareness and pay attention to physical sensations.
With no steps to learn, the practice itself is simple, and it has the power to catalyze deep healing and creative expression. All we need to do is show up, tune in and move what is alive in us. Every body is welcome.

Marcia Jones is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, shamanic practitioner and somatic therapist. Her passion is facilitating movement to heal and transform the body-mind. She witnesses and honours the sacred wisdom of the body in classes and private practice.
Bettina Rothe is passionate about bringing community together to co-create sacred space in which she invites conscious embodiment and heart centred intimacy. As a somatic coach and licensed 5Rhythms® dance teacher, she draws from a variety of healing movement arts, psychology, meditation, and shamanic practices. She has been teaching workshops internationally since 1998.
