Join Diane MacDonald from Raincoast Elemental Wellness & Consulting Inc., for a special group Guided Meditation.
A meditation specifically designed to release unwanted stress and tension, transitioning the body to a state of relaxation where self-healing can begin.
Guided Meditation employs the techniques of visualization, mindfulness and connection to breath.
Participants must be 19+ and are required to provide their own drinking water. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat; meditation cushion and blanket are optional (various props available in studio in limited supply). For those who would prefer a chair, the studio has chairs available.
7:00 sign-in; introductions 7:15; guided meditation 7:30 – 8:30 pm; sharing 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm
